Mail Orders: Send a personal check or money order for the exact amount. California
residents, add 7 3/4% sales tax. Personal checks may require up to 15 business
days to clear before your merchandise can be shipped out. Specify item by
description and part number
Phone Orders: Call (909)399-5121 for fast and reliable phone ordering. Specify
item by description and part number. We will ship C.O.D. without a deposit
on parts which are not custom made. We require a 50% deposit on custom made
parts. C.O.D. shipments are made on a cash only basis.
Minimum order: We cannot accept an order for less than $20.00.
Price Changes: We make a strong effort to keep customers abreast of price
changes. However, due to unpredictable manufacturing costs, we sometimes must
change our prices. Please be sure to verify pricing when ordering.
Damaged or Lost Parts: This is the responsibility of the shipping carrier
only.
Incorrect Parts Due To Incorrect Order Information: We will not accept any
responsibility for this situation. If the parts are not custom made, we will
exchange for a 20% restocking charge, providing the parts are unused and undamaged.
Returned Parts: If you experience a problem with our parts, call us to discuss
it. Do not return parts without first getting authorization. When shipping
parts back, not who gave return authorization, the date, and a brief description
of the problem. Please include your phone number. We will not accept freight
charges. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned parts.
Orders from foreign countries: We cannot ship C.O.D. to any foreign country.
Foreign orders must paid 100% in advance with freight charges predetermined.
Warranty: Summers Brothers does not warrant or guarantee our parts against
breakage (except as noted in individual product descriptions) or damage due
to use. We do warrant our parts to be manufactured correctly. If you believe
that your parts are incorrectly manufactured, call us. We will not accept
any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the
failure of any parts manufactured and/or sold by Summers Brothers, Inc.
Note: If you ship any item back to Summers Brothers for any reason, be sure
to enclose a letter explaining all details, even if you have already spoken
to us on the phone.
